Helping is simply our way of reaching out to the community by connecting people to opportunities to serve. You don’t have to be a member of Grace United Methodist Church to reach out and help someone else. Go ahead and check out the opportunities below and feel free to lend a hand.
Restoration Pointe Clothing Closet
Every Thursday from 9:30am to noon volunteers head down to McKendree UMC to help distribute clothing to individuals who are experiencing homelessness. If you are interesting in helping out you can check our their website or email jeff@gracemj.org and he can help get you connected to this very important and fulfilling ministry.
Compassionate Hands
During the winter months volunteers help serve those individuals experiencing homeless here in Wilson County by providing meals and serving as hosts at Compassionate Hands in Lebanon.
