In our worship at Grace, we come together as the forgiven and forgiving people of God, loving each other as God intends, and carrying that love out into the world. Whether your preference tends toward the traditional or the less traditional, we seek to make worship at Grace feel like home, as we connect to the traditions that have come before us, and find new expressions of our faith for those who come after us. We pray that you will find yourself at home in one of our worship services!
8:30 am Service - sundays
The 8:30 am service at Grace is fairly traditional, featuring liturgy and hymns from the United Methodist Hymnal and The Faith We Sing, with organ and piano accompaniment. The Chancel Choir sings anthems in a variety of musical styles from August through May, and many talented musicians from our congregation or the local music community share their talents throughout the year.
If you find meaning in the rich traditions that Methodists have observed for the past few centuries, then the 8:30 am service on Sundays will make you feel right at home!
11:00 am Service - sundays
In the 11:00 am service at Grace, foundational tradition finds new expression in a slightly more modern setting. This service is a bit more casual, and classic hymns are presented in various styles, accompanied by guitar, piano, and other instruments. The service is designed to appeal to families and youth, while retaining the familiar, distinctive elements of Methodist worship. Youth and children often take a more active role in leading the worship at this service.
If you appreciate a new take on familiar elements of the church’s worship, then the 11:00 service may be just the home for you!
